A former assistant prosecutor, municipal judge, and trial attorney, Lance Davis has been practicing law since 1983. Admitted to practice in Missouri state and appellate courts, his practice specializes in legal issues surrounding the cannabis industry. Also a member of the D.C. Bar, he is admitted to practice in federal courts. He is recognized as a medical marijuana legal specialist and activist, and appears frequently on media outlets throughout northwest Missouri.
LEGAL PRACTICES
Active in the recent, successful passage of the Missouri constitutional amendment to allow medical marijuana statewide. Lance Davis is working with clients facing issues related to the implementation of Missouri Constitution Article XIV. Mr. Davis is guiding and consulting clients through the regulatory process as well as assisting with licensing issues. He is also committed to representing individuals in marijuana criminal cases.
